Instructional designers and training developers create instructor-led, CBT, and web-based courses for a variety of technical and business-related subjects. The position requires experience in the following:

• Front-end content analysis and course design
• Storyboard creation for technology-delivered instruction
• Writing and grammatical skills

Project management skills, multimedia, CBT, online help development, and/or editing experience are a plus.

Contract

Bianco Hopkins seeks multimedia programmers to work on development teams producing web and computer-based training and web pages. The multimedia programmer will:

• Develop multimedia training using Macromedia® Flash™ MX, Macromedia® Dreamweaver® MX, Macromedia® Director®, or other similar multimedia authoring tools
• Develop web pages using animation, audio, and video to enhance the content delivery
• Create interactive, database-driven websites using Active Server Pages

Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of three or more of the following:

• Macromedia® Flash™ MX
• Macromedia® Dreamweaver® MX
• DHTML and JavaScript
• Macromedia® Director®
• Active Server Pages
• Adobe® Photoshop®, Adobe® Illustrator®, Macromedia® Fireworks®

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Graphic design
• Integrating online training with off-the-shelf learning management systems
• Knowledge of web design limitations and optimization techniques
• User interface design

College degree in Instructional Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. At least two years of work experience as a multimedia programmer.

Bianco Hopkins seeks technical writers to develop training materials for a variety of mediums and learning tools:

• Instructor-led and web-based training, online documentation, and help
• Policies, procedures, and reference manuals
• All other training materials
• Writers are also responsible for the testing of training solutions

Account representatives make sales calls, generate leads, and develop a sales pipeline for the services we offer. The account representative will:

• Sell Bianco Hopkins' products and services, such as instructor-led training and course development, web-based training and CBT, online help, soft skills training, and software quality assurance/testing
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Independently plan and develop sales strategies

College degree in Business Administration or related field and at least two years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing sales in the training industry.
