Bianco Hopkins seeks multimedia programmers to work on development teams producing web and computer-based training and web pages. The multimedia programmer will:

Develop multimedia training using Macromedia® Flash™ MX, Macromedia® Dreamweaver® MX, Macromedia® Director®, or other similar multimedia authoring tools
- Develop web pages using animation, audio, and video to enhance the content delivery
- Create interactive, database-driven websites using Active Server Pages
Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of three or more of the following:
- Macromedia® Flash™ MX
- Macromedia® Dreamweaver® MX
- DHTML and JavaScript
- Macromedia® Director®
- Active Server Pages
- Adobe® Photoshop®, Adobe® Illustrator®, Macromedia® Fireworks®
In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Graphic design
- Integrating online training with off-the-shelf learning management systems
- Knowledge of web design limitations and optimization techniques
- User interface design
